- Location: Its central location in downtown Minneapolis, particularly in the historic theater district, is a significant draw. Guests appreciate being steps away from attractions like the Orpheum Theatre, Target Center, and a short walk to the Mississippi River and Mill City Museum. The proximity to the Minneapolis Skyway System is also a highlight, offering climate-controlled access to many downtown areas.

The hotel's location was great! Their amenities were OK. Their courtyard was closed and rooftop closed too. The rooms were sub-par. They were in dis repair and the carpet was wet. The hotel seems like it was really nice a few years ago. Upon entering the room, the layout was nice, but we noticed paint markings, shoddy repairs in the bathroom, and the shower seemed to have leaked through the wall...

The hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the suites and the room was clean, the best part was the heated bathroom floors and the rain shower. If I were to stay here again I would probably just do a regular room though. Downsides were the breakfast (cereal and granola bars) and it would have been nice to have a stocked minibar. We did drive, the parking lot they recommended w...

My daughter is in an electric wheelchair. We stayed there to be close to the Orpheum Theater. Unfortunately, we got stuck on their sidewalk and accessible curb entrances so many times. I discussed it with a few different workers and they stated they don't deal with the snow removal. I told them if it wasn't for good samaritans helping us when stuck, we would have been stuck feet from the entrance....

I was left waiting in the cold because the front desk did not buzz me in or acknowledge me. The representative said he was helping another customer instead of simply pressing the button, making eye contact, and saying he would assist shortly. He also failed to locate my existing booking, created a new one, and billed me twice. When I raised the issue, I was told the night audit would fix it. Impro...

I have stayed at alot of hotels. The chambers is up there. Great people. Great location. Great rooms. Location was awesome for our intentions. My only gripe is I wish there was an ice machine on our floor and that there was a microwave in the room. Otherwise it was really nice. Rooms were cool and modern. Sure we could nitpick every little aspect but every hotel room will have minor cosmetic issue...

We came for just a night, but the rooms were super clean, the front desk was soo sweet and recommended her favorite place to eat. The hotel is literally maybe 2 blocks to the Target Center where we went to watch a concert. Parking was super close but make sure to take the ticket stub you get with you or you will be stuck outside and have to call security lol they were nice 🤣 i would absolutely re...
