8. Common Complaints

While guest feedback is overwhelmingly positive, a few minor criticisms have been noted:

  • Spa Pricing: One guest mentioned that the spa services were "OVER priced."
  • Service Consistency (Early Stages): An early review from Luxuryhotels.com indicated potential inconsistencies in service delivery, suggesting that while the hotel sets high standards, the staff were still gaining experience. However, this review also highlighted "great potential as the staff become more seasoned." This appears to be an isolated comment, as subsequent reviews consistently praise the staff's professionalism and attentiveness.

Fantastic experience. We arrived at 9am and they immediately checked us in and made an upgrade to an amazing executive suite. It is low season in Tbilisi and the hotel was obviously not fully occupied. The staff was impeccable from front office to the waiters at the breakfast. Thanks to the whole team, I will definitely stay again at this beautiful hotel during my next trip to wonderful Tbilisi.
