K
I stayed at Palihotel Melrose for three nights and had a mixed experience. Positives: it’s a super cute boutique hotel with a great aesthetic and the staff was genuinely kind and responsive. I loved that you could text them to open the garage or adjust the thermostat — that level of convenience was a nice touch and felt very modern. Negatives: Housekeeping never came during our three nights and ...

We loved our stay! It was such a lovely experience, and even though the bathroom, especially the bathtub, was a bit older, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. Plus, the location was perfect, right near my favorite coffee spot! I truly appreciated the charming atmosphere and really enjoyed my time there.

The hotel is an old property and it shows. The air conditioning turned into heaters 2 nights in a row and I had to go down to reception at 1:30 am to let them know. The A/C is centrally controlled. The hot water didn’t work on our last night so we had to shower in a different room. The cafe only stays open until 3-4 pm so no coffee breaks. Staff is quite attentive, friendly and rooms are good ...

Upon arrival, we noticed that the provided dressing gowns were both dirty and requested replacements. Unfortunately, they were also stained. The location is great since you're near of a lot of things. However please expect car noises from Melrose since it's pretty busy. The water bottles weren't complimentary and so weren't the fridge full of drinks. The AC is centralized, so you need to text a nu...

On Melrose for the day and we popped in to take a quick peek and have brunch. We love the warm, but breeze decor of this hotel. Friendly staff. Intimate and in a great, central location. We will definitely come back to stay the night next.
