Reception was very warm, valet parking was good and reasonably priced. The location is excellent, very closed to preferred restaurants downtown, however we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant, Le Moyne’s and it was excellent! High end service and the best smoked old fashioned 😉. The hotel decor and design is super eclectic and creative! Staff is warm and receptive. We simply love it!

Went with friends for Mardi Gras and never had the opportunity to enjoy it due to disabilities. I was blessed having Krystal go grab things for me so I could keep a few souvenirs. She deserves the highest praise for how sweet she is. 10/10 would recommend and hope to go again soon.

You’d think you were staying at a hotel three to five times the cost. My only recommendation really would be to call ahead of arriving to get the situation on parking.
