We had a lovely four day stay at this hotel which had all the comforts of home. Attention to detail is evident throughout. The breakfast was very good which included my favorite which is focaccia - they even make it with whole wheat which I have never seen before. The staff is very supportive and on call always. The walk into town is doable and the beach was magical. Thank you for all your efforts...

Very, very nice chic hotel in Forte deli Marmi. Service was outstanding, they even send a car for you after you've had dinner at a restaurant in town. The location is perfect, a few blocks walking distance from he town center. They have bicycles to use for free. The streets have large cycling lanes. The beach club was nice.

Absolutely disappointing experience. We have been here a year ago and loved the place, the service unfortunately has gone down. The manager (Fabio)of the restaurant was absolutely rude. We were sitting at table were there was loud music blasting from a neighboring table. We asked politely if we could be moved to a different table. The waiter said he would have to ask the manager. I had to cancel my booking for emergency circumstances ( my mother had to under go urgent surgery) but hotel management didn't consider my reason although I told them I'll email them the documents for proof. Other hotels considered my reason and gave me full refund. Over all, Villa grey hotel is not flexible with clients & future clients. If I ever come to forte Dei Marmi I will never stay there.
