  • Location & Accessibility: Its prime location "just 1 minute away from Marconi metro station" makes it incredibly convenient for exploring Rome's iconic attractions, despite being outside the immediate city center.
  • Design & Ambiance: The hotel boasts a "70s-style décor" with a "classic Italian style" and a "glossy black-and-white décor" reminiscent of Art Deco, featuring Italian artworks.

A bus stop is also conveniently located "just at the doorstep". The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport and a short distance from the Roma Convention Center La Nuvola.

Value & Pricing

Pulitzer Roma is recognized for its "exceptional value," with an impressive rating of 8.4 for value. Prices for a night can start from around £78.58 or $89, making it a "very good for money" choice for many travelers.

Common Complaints

While generally positive, some recurring issues or criticisms have been noted:

  • Jacuzzi Access Cost: One guest mentioned that access to the jacuzzi was "extortionately priced".
  • Room Temperature Control: A review highlighted an issue with heating, where the room became excessively hot at night and individual temperature regulation was not possible.
  • Location for Nightlife: While convenient for transport, some feedback suggests that those seeking vibrant nightlife might find the EUR district a bit minimal, suggesting that "nightlife you're after you'll be better served closer to the city center".
  • Reservation Issues: An isolated incident involved a group reservation where prices changed, and communication became difficult, leading to an "unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour" claim.

The hotel is good value for money with comfortable and clean rooms. (The cleaning staff really deserve a compliment.) Good beds and fine showers. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient next to Metro Marconi and Roma 3. But the road is very noisy (bring earplugs). Surprisingly good and cheap coffee-bar next door, and down the road some excellent restaurants. The b...

We made a reservation for a group of 25 people in the Pulitzer. We agreed on number of rooms, prices and all modalities and were waiting for the contract to be signed. On a follow up request the reservation manager told us she would be sorry, but the rooms would have been sold in the meantime. The next day the rooms were again available for a price tag 50 Euro up then the one we agreed on. We ta...

I assumed that was the same one. I called front office & asked to change room. After 5 minutes, maintenance staffs bought in a nicely wrapped new shower head. Bathtub corners showed rust & mold. Room was very dirty and bathroom had black mold on shower head, tub and grout. The way the shower head is place also gives no room for anyone to stand and shower without the outside of the tub getting wet. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Close to airport so that was convenient.

Great hotel! Super clean and trendy. They have a bar and restaurant at ground level and the location is only a short walk from a subway stop. The area felt a little weird when it got dark, but it wasn't so bad. They had parking at the hotel that you could pay for, but I just parked in the median of the main road where everyone else was parking. There were also spots on the side street so try to f...
