Lovely hotel furnished to a high standard with delightful staff. Wonderful breakfast and they also offer free tea and cake to guests in the afternoon. We also used what I suspect is an under used facility in that they have a simple “Bistro” menu in the evenings. A simple menu that is perfect if you’re not up to a full meal or going out on an evening. Highly recommend the hotel.

Great boutique hotel with one of the best soundproofing in rooms that i've booked lately. Nice breakfast with some a la carte options as well. Every staff member is super polite. Afternoon tea and bisquits is a nice touch. Quiet location, but still walkable to main attractions. Much better than similary priced "historical" hotels in the area.

The rooms don’t have soundproofing and you can hear any noise from the bathrooms of your neighbors. Also the entry door and the door from the bathroom have a gap between the floor and the door. Top Location, nice Boutique Hotel, good Service, nice rooms. However, shower in the bathtube is a bit strange, when 99% of guests use only the shower and would prefer a modern even shower on floor level with solid glass walls. No drama, but room for improvement with next refurbishment. 😊
