Its a wonderful hotel. Easy ski in ski out. Josef from bellteam is an excellent person and provides the best service. Breakfast is very good. The only problem might be being away from Kitzbühel city center. You need to take taxi everytime. In that matter, a shuttle would be very practical.

Great hotel for a couple or family with kids. There is a spa with a number of swimming pools and about 5 saunas that you can use. The gym is average in size but you can do a full workout. There is large a children rooms, where there is someone who can take care of kids. Breakfast is nice and has many options, but staff wasn’t super attentive and had to ask twice for coffee.

Very nice hotel, with the great service, they will park your car bring all of the stuff to your room, deliver food. Lift to the mountain is 30m from hotel but then you will need to take a gondola but still a huge + , rooms are a bit old but done with wood ( very cozy )
