  • Bed Hardness: Some guests found the beds to be a bit firm or hard.
  • Check-in Time: The standard 3 PM check-in time can be challenging for those arriving on early international flights.
  • Room Size: While many find rooms comfortable, some have felt they were a bit small, especially considering the space taken by the bathroom.

I have spent many nights and lived lots of 4-5 stars hotels in tokyo, this one is the best per my humble opinion. only couple of lowlights - tv without youtube / netflix, room is relatively compact, the quilt is way too heavy so that putting on quilt will be very hot, but without it it's still very cold. and highlights - one of the best access to nearby many train stations, not one but many! terri...

My favorite place ever!!! Top-notch service, helpful staff, a fantastic location, spacious rooms, and super convenient overall. I stayed there alone for 4 nights in a twin room. The price I got was incredibly reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location—you can easily walk to several subway and train lines. Ginza is within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. ...

We had two adjacent twin rooms for our family of 4. The views are amazing and the rooms are a good size for Tokyo. The room was very quiet and we only occasionally heard the odd siren way down below. The hotel is 3min and 7mim walk from two metro stops or can walk to Ginza in about 12-15mins. We were able to check in early, and also got a late checkout without issues (free until midday and then 30...

Fantastic location right by Shinbashi Station, off Ginza. Tonnes of eateries in the area, easy to get around, and very safe. Hotel itself is clean, with spacious rooms (for Tokyo!) and decent amenities. Would recommend if you want to be near a convenient metro station, just a stop away from Tokyo and Shinagawa Stations.

The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Tokyo and just steps away from multiple subway stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. There are plenty of food options nearby, from casual eateries to upscale dining, so you’ll never run out of choices. The rooms are impressively spacious by Japanese standards, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything was spotles...

Rooms are very nice and spacious. Bed were very comfortable. The view was panoramic. Restaurant to small compared to the hotel size, we were unable to reserve a seat for dinner. Fortunately the location is great so no problem eating elsewere. Also the staff at the reception was very helpfull arranging dinner reservations elsewhere. Breakfast was substandard. Not a lot of choices for western people...
