A truly Japanese hospitality! The staff knows our needs before we even asked. We stayed for 2 nights with our toddler and the chief providing accommodation and food alternation for our 2 year old! The onsen in the room was really amazing and the view from the room and dinner room are exceptional. The pictures don’t do justice. The ryokan is even more impressive in person. We will be back for a fe...

An extremely nice ryokan experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. We had an incredible view of the mountain, and the dinner and breakfast we were served was one of the highlights of our trip. I hope to return to the Niseko area someday just to stay a few more nights in this lovely hotel.

THE BEST RYOKAN IN THE AREA 🫶🏻 Serious about hospitality and providing a peace of mind from the hustle bustle in the nearby city. Staff team was one of the best trained, and talked us through each dish - the kitchen team was also incredible putting out such beautiful dishes. I’d return at a heartbeat. They provided pickup service at the nearest train station (which is rare in Hokkaido). Brace y...

The worst part about here is the massage. It makes me ill during and after the treatment. (I used to get many dry muscle massages in Thailand and know what it should be. Here? The service is unacceptable.) Except for that everything w...
