I’m sorry I had to give one star to this hotel, because I kept hit my head at either living room space or the way to upper bed. I’m just 170cm tall. But there is nowhere I can stand, Eventually I even afraid to go into the room. In the end I have to sit on stairs, to save my head, otherwise it could be a serious damage to me. The Room type is YAGURARoom. Be sure not to book this type of rooms. If ...

Very nice rooms, very beautifully designed, you could see they put a lot of care into it. I hit my head a few times going up to the bunk bed. They have an outdoor terrace with a nice view. There is also a cafe with nice service. Overall i had a great experience visiting.

Great location. That’s about it. The room is clean just like everywhere in Japan, so it’s nothing to brag about. Bathroom and toilet are spacious enough even by American standards. Besides the bath/toilet area, the room has a raised bunk bed style setup, top has two twin sized beds and bottom has futon that’s big enough to be a second double bed which can be a sitting area to watch TV. However...

I booked this hotel last min. I booked a dog room. Before I checked in hotel, I was worried that a room may have an odor if any. When we entered the room, there was no odor. Plus the room was so clean and spacious. Location is fantastic A PLUS. Easy to access everywhere. Tram stop just almost in front of the entrance. Breakfast must try. We will be back to stay here next time.
