Pros: Location is great. The train noise didn’t bother me. Wifi is 170MPs! The fastest hotel WiFi I have found, however, the password is not easy to find. It is on a tiny card on the bedside table. Cons: I didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming. There are no amenities in the room: I guess there are toothbrushes etc in the lobby. No free water in water in the room. I paid full price for a lat...

The hotel is near from Sakuragicho station only 4 minutes walk which is fantastic. Staff were friendly. Regarding comfort: we stayed in a regular room. Small space. It was noted that the carpet was not clean. It had dust. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like sewage. Regarding the breakfast service, there were only 3 options and all of them were soup! We stayed 4 nights and honestly on the l...

Pros: it’s a cute hotel, the rooms are tastefully designed; the location is good, very near JR station and the best part is the prices are so good. However, there’s a big CON, this hotel has poor soundproofing, you can hear the trains passing by every few minutes starting very early in the morning till late night, make sure you have ear plugs. Another big CON is the hotel WiFi, it’s like NONE, I e...

The hotel staff was nice and location was great. But there were issues with slow wifi speed, loud AC noises and worst of all something in the room triggered our allergies and made it difficult to breathe and sleep. It was definitely an issue with the room as our noses cleared up outside the hotel. So there may be some issues with the carpet or mold in the rooms. My partner and I did not have these...

The ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work and it was always humid. Also the wifi didn't work as well. We used the washing machine and dryer, but even after using the dryer for 60 minutes, it wasn't dry at all, so we added an additional 30 minutes. We occasionally travel to Japan from overseas, so we have stayed at various hotels. In most cases, the washer and dryer cost 100 yen each, and the...

A very nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. I liked the modern, stylish decor. The self-service coffee is quick, easy, and delicious. The breakfast buffet has lots of great food for a reasonable price. My room was clean and very comfortable although the air conditioning was a bit on the weak side. The neighborhood is full of great little restaurants.
