Beautiful hotel in a great location. The breakfast is impeccable, offering a wide and delicious variety of options. The staff members are incredibly friendly and kind. The only downside is that we can sometimes smell the restaurant (like steak) through the air conditioning when entering the room.

The Pousada Lisboa is a perfectly located, beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and an incredible breakfast. We had never been to Lisbon so don’t know what to expect - so were very happy to find ourselves right in the middle of all the historical areas, restaurants and shopping. The staff at this hotel is amazing. They let us check in early and were very accommodating the whole time. We highly ...

This is one of the best hotels in Lisbon. The location, state of the hotel, and it's vibes are all top notch. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We got the Presidential Suite and it was a beautiful suite that was the main office of the former president of Portugal. The art displays are tastefully adorned in amazing settings. The breakfast dining room was also nicely decor...

One afternoon our room hadn’t been serviced at 3.30 even though the make up room sign had been out since about 9am. We came back to our room tired after a tour and requested the room be serviced as soon as possible. It took an hour which is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. We sat in the loun...

Can't beat the location! Staff very friendly and helpful. Can be a little louder than ideal at night particularly in room with window close to street level, but I think that's the price you pay for your location. Perfect for walking and accessing public transport.
