The rooms and location are excellent; however, the service at this hotel is truly extraordinary. I accidentally left a personal item in my room, and the staff and concierge went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. The value of the item itself mattered far less than the exceptional experience the concierge team created for me. They did not hesitate for a moment to offer every possible solutio...

The Mondrian was a great stay for our group of friends. The rooms were clean, the service was great. The location was good, close to Roma Norte (which was my favorite area) and easy to get Ubers. We walked around the neighborhood without any issues, feeling very safe. The breakfast restaurant gets a little crowded in the morning, so make sure to go early.

Service received did not met the expectations for a 5 stars hotel. We are family of 4 and we requested extra towels but never got them. Housekeeping took away our hand soap the first day but did not replace, so we couldn’t wash our hands at the sink. Breakfast service was very slow the first day. Waited 10 minutes before getting our coffee. My wife wanted to buy chocolates at the flower shop/cafe ...

I love giving five stars. Always five stars but this hotel was confusing. Access to tons of restaurants (shared property with the Andaz). Some locations at the Andaz let us charge to our room at the Mondrian. Some didn’t. It was just weird. Rooms were nice. Hot water wasn’t spectacular. Exterior window cleanliness of a city view room weren’t great. I get México city isn’t the cleanest. But expe...
