It garners exceptional reviews, highlighting its natural style, bright and playful tone, and artistic touches that inspire new design ideas.

Guests consistently praise Mary K for its excellent location, pristine cleanliness, and exceptionally friendly and personalized service. The hotel's unique room designs, comfortable accommodations, and homemade organic breakfast are also frequently cited as major highlights. Many appreciate the thoughtful amenities, family-friendly atmosphere, and eco-friendly approach, with everything being locally sourced, organic, and energy-efficient. The hotel also showcases art exhibitions featuring local artists.

3. Room Quality

The rooms at Mary K are described as spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with many offering picturesque views of the Oudegracht canal. Each of the hotel's 10 rooms is uniquely and individually decorated, blending vintage decor with artistic touches curated by local artists. Modern amenities include flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, DVD players, Nespresso coffee machines, mini-fridges, ironing sets, and climate control. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring spa bathtubs, walk-in showers, separate toilets, hairdryers, and complimentary Malin+Goetz toiletries, along with fair-trade bath towels.

4. Dining Experience

Mary K provides a "very nice" and highly-regarded organic breakfast daily. Guests enjoy a homemade, tasty, and generously portioned breakfast, which is not served buffet-style and can be enjoyed in the communal breakfast lounge or delivered directly to their room. I don't normally post reviews but this hotel was absolutely amazing-i wanted to make sure I tell as many people as possible. The rooms are all different and very nicely decorated, clean with very comfortable beds. The service is excellent- personal and friendly. Breakfast is homemade and generally good-not a buffet but good portions and very tasty. The location is perfect and overall this was prob...

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The rooms are great and have been designed really nicely. They're clean and spacious - you might even get a cracking view of the canal outside. The location is a solid 10/10; close enough to the action for it to be convenient but not too close that it's loud. Staff were incredibly nice.

Fantastic central location in Utrecht - walking distance to everything with beautiful views of the Oudegracht. We stayed in The Study, a large 'medium' room with excellent facilities. Hotel was very family friendly, (we travelled with a 2 year old) - a family suite is available but it was fully booked when we were there. A dutch/continental style breakfast was served in the bright reception/dini...

This has to be the best hotel i have been to! It is not far from local amenities, bang in the city centre, staff were friendly and the place looks & feels immaculate and bright. Cleanliness is a 5/5 and so are the facilities. Just a shame about the steep stairs to the 1st and 2nd floor, and it isn't cheap either staying here but for what it is, it's worth the price! You even got a blank canvas and...

Sweet, beautiful small hotel in a great location. My room had a nice deck and a lovely big bathtub, Nespresso machine, Netflix. Staff was super nice, very good energy. Breakfast looks out onto a garden, lots of fruit, home made jam - accommodating for food sensitivities.

We stayed here as a couple for one night. At arrival we were very nicely welcomed. The room was cosy, with a very nice view to the canal and other buildings. I did not enjoy the floor in the bathroom though, and the mattress and the pillows were very soft. Overall I do recommend this hotel.
