The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious. Beautiful small guesthouse/hotel. Only 9 rooms with real personal service. Beautiful setting alongside Single canal. Everything is walking distance. Lovely breakfast served in the drawing room. Highly recommended for those liking smaller hotels.

This hotel is a beautiful building and the interior decor of a high standard. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, by a serene canal but within easy walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommended.

It's conveniently located a step's throw from the hustle and bustle of the main street crossing the city centre, and its position alongside one of the canals means the surroundings are very calm and peaceful.
