The check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist did not assist when the machine wasn’t working, and only after another guest suggested we ask for help did we manage to proceed. The luggage storage was also inconvenient, located in the basement without tags for identification. When we returned at 5pm, we found the manual elevator unusual and the room quite small. The bed setup was tri...

The location is great — you can walk to almost every tourist spot within 15 minutes. The room was small but clean, though a lot of things weren’t working properly, like the bathroom fan, the AC, and the TV (only a few channels worked, but at least you can connect your phone to it). The Wi-Fi was good though! Breakfast is self-serve and available all day, but there aren’t many options. You can als...

Spent 5 days in QC and loved our stay here. This hotel is in a great central location and it’s absolutely charming. The rooms are quaint and clean. Central kitchen is open 24/7 so makes an awesome shop to start your day or refuel. Bonus is rooftop patio. We would absolutely stay again.

It's definitely a quirky setup for a hotel being semi-automnous, but it was perfect for what we needed. Location was right in the middle of everything! The DIY setup for breakfast gave you the freedom to make breakfast however you wanted...or if you wanted to go out for breakfast you could do that too. We'll be back for sure!

We raised these issues to both Expedia and to the hotel and were not given any refund. I needed an iron for the conference I was attending. There was one iron for the entire hotel. It was broken. What an amazing... and interesting place!! By far the most unique hotel that I've ever stayed in and in a fantastic location! Yes, the bed is actually on the roof when you enter the room... but it's easily brought to the ground when you need it. A compact room with all the amenities you need as a traveler. Some great outdoor sitting spaces as well and only minutes to walk to great restaurant...
