Visited from Toronto. This is a very chic Boutique hotel with nicely interior designed rooms for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our king size bed suite. Lots of space in the room and the set up made an excellent place to stay a night or more. In particular the heated floors. However service here can be improved by staff. The front desk staff were not welcoming during checkin. Also no one ...

Hotel is beautifully curated and gorgeous down to the tiniest details. Staff is incredible. Location is ideal for getting around (via walking) to see the main sites of Quebec City without being inundated with people in the tourist heavy spots. While all the staff was polite and said hello, Ramana (Front Desk/Guest Services) and Alex (Valet) stood out with their professionalism, kindness, and constant effort to make us feel welcome and at home. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities you would expect. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return. The property is not directly in Old Town, but it’s only about a 10–15 minute walk, which was totally fine for us.

Amazing rooms which have been finished to a high degree and look just as advertised. The hotel is located on the grand allée near high end restaurants and bars. Behind the hotel is a large park with the Quebec citadel which overlooks the river. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast was good. The drinks from the bar were especially great served by a bartender with good cocktail knowledge.
