Hotel, room, and service was excellent. I travel alot, but probably won't stay here again. Temperature in room could not control. Added a portable AC unit, but middle of night it knocked out power to my room. Missed my work appointment in the morning due to no power to get ready. After two hours in the morning power was restored. I never had an issue like this at any other hotel I stayed at.

Civic Hotel deserves its spot in the Autograph collection! It is stylish, contemporary with great views overlooking Surrey! The hotel staff is extremely courteous and willing to help. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Surrey. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

If you are looking for comfy beds, good amenities, good underground secure parking and a middle of the road price this is a great place to stay. The pillows were exceptional, a the room was nice and clean and had lots of stuff around the hotel to go and do.
