This positions it among the most expensive ski hotels globally.
  • Inclusions: Rates often include half-board, and for the chalet, comprehensive catering with a private butler and chef service is part of the offering. Complimentary use of the spa, Wi-Fi, and chauffeur service are standard inclusions.

8. Common Complaints

While overwhelmingly positive, a few minor points have been raised by guests, mostly concerning small details rather than significant shortcomings.

  • Lack of Personal Touch (occasional): Despite excellent service, one older review from 2016 noted a slight feeling of missing a "personal touch from the staff as well as the management" given the extremely high price point.
  • Minor Service Incident: Another review from the same year mentioned a waiter opening the terrace door at breakfast without asking, causing the room to become cold and prompting an earlier departure.

Overall, Hotel & Chalet Aurelio is a highly acclaimed, exclusive luxury property that consistently delivers an exceptional alpine experience, justifying its premium pricing through impeccable service, gourmet dining, lavish accommodations, and an unparalleled location.
