Perfect, stylish and cozy hotel with the best position in walking distance from the very center of the city. We had a wonderful time, the room was very comfortable, after sightseeing outside in the cold weather we took advantage of the fantastic sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable. Breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was delicious and it lasts until 1pm, which a...

Three of us, including an 11YO, stayed for two nights and loved the visit. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was simple and clean. The breakfast was legendary. The location was perfect. I will nitpick the early morning building operation noises that happened in our room both mornings, but I would stay at the hotel again without question. We all had a great experience.

I was given one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room was directly above the loading dock, and at 5:30 AM trucks arrived and began unloading and loading large wheeled metal stands (likely used for kitchen supplies). The noise was extremely loud and continuous. I woke up immediately and could not fall asleep again. The operation lasted for a full hour, making it impossible to rest, even...

Restaurant great, location great, service poor. We had a junior suite that looked great in photos with its bath in the window but as a guest it reminded me very much of when I lived in a squat in the 1970s, although not quite as homely. Apart from the high quality bath and toilet, everything is very cheap and shabby (not chic) and made as awkward as possible for guests with no en-suite bathroom - ...

We stayed 3 nights, loved the location but found service to be lacking. Couldn't get milk or coffee in our room, after many complaints finally did. Room was small and quite plain even though we booked an extra luxury one for our honeymoon.. was loud with people walking and slams of kitchen cooking at 6am because we were on the 2nd floor. Wish they would have taken better care of the few people in...
