We had to travel to Madison to take our dog to the UW school of veterinary medicine. We chose the Graduate hotel because they are pet friendly. This was by far the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. The decor is so thoughtful and the furniture is very comfortable and functional. It’s easy to feel at home in this kind of place. The room we stayed in was a corner room with a king bed, a desk...

If you’re doing business on campus, this is the spot. The Graduate Madison is charming and full of local character. Though the footprint is smaller than some Graduates, the service is massive. After calling the hotel directly I was working with Amelia, after about 4 days of fighting with the 3rd party Amelia was able to fight and get me that refund. She also went above and beyond and offered me an upgraded room for the same price I was supposed to ...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms are extremely small, barely enough to fit in a queen bed. The room I got had poor ventilation and upon requesting to change to a better room, I was moved to a similar room just few rooms down, again with same alley facing view without good ventilation and on top of it, it had UNACCEPTABLE hygiene concerns (see below). I found a real ...
