- Design: The hotel's design thoughtfully integrates Nashville's musical soul. This includes subtle design cues like linear stripes on guest room doors influenced by guitar strings, and the use of indigenous materials such as local black walnut, leather, and burnished metals. The interiors create a sense of sumptuous warmth and elevated luxury.
- Amenities: The full-service spa, described as serene and excellent, offers various treatments including massages and facials, along with a steam room and a well-equipped fitness center. The rooftop pool provides stunning views of the Cumberland River and cityscape, featuring an infinity pool and various seating options, including cabanas.

This was our fourth stay at a Four Seasons property, and we have consistently had great experiences with the brand. This visit did include a few minor hiccups compared to our previous stays, but true to their name, the team made every effort to make things right. We experienced some issues with the room, including lighting concerns and miscommunication around turndown service, as well as not rece...

We had the pleasure of working with Hovig Boyajian, the front office manager for the Nashville location. I can’t say enough about the level of service we got from him, and everyone else involved. We called to make a reservation after deciding we needed to stop on our road trip. We told them we were traveling with 4 young children and asked if they would be able to accommodate us. Please see the p...

We enjoyed a two night stay and the staff was professional, kind, & friendly. The room was lovely, albeit kind of a stark, modern feel, but very comfortable and with a nice view. Great in-room breakfast and an excellent meal at the restaurant. Good location for walking around Nashville!

Four Seasons Nashville is our favorite staycation! We love spending summer days by the pool enjoying the view. The spa is wonderful, especially for a couples massage. This winter, we attended the New Year’s Eve ball and had the best time. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The staff is truly wonderful and make every visit feel thoughtful, warm, and memorable.

There were a few small overlooked items by h...

Four Seasons where? More like two seasons... My wife and I are a lesbian couple who stayed here for one night this past weekend. We’re local, so thankfully it wasn’t a long stay. The lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is extremely basic and lacks any real “wow” factor you’d expect from a luxury brand. Check-in itself was quick, but we immediately noticed a concerning difference in service: ...
