Fantastic location next to the lake (hotel has its own pier). Very kind and professional staff at the reception, breakfast and bar. Breakfast was very tasty and selection of dishes was pretty good. Good location but it ends there. Only one level upgrade for Diamond members even when they have rooms. The amenities in the room are very basic. I have stayed at other SLH, like Kyoto and London where they go out of their way to make your stay special. Nothing here. Breakfast was nothing special.
