We were greeted warmly by all the staff upon our arrival. The gentleman who checked us in was particularly helpful with suggestions for our trip. The room was warm comfortable and had a beautiful view over the lake. We particularly liked the bathroom and all its amenities. We had breakfast at the sister hotel which was a real treat due to the building work. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Nice room, good service and great location. The only negative that we can say is that the lighting for the stairway (coming up from the restaurant) is extremely poor and needs to be improved. We checked in at night and it was very difficult to see the individual steps. We almost tripped a number of times. Simply putting higher wattage light bulbs will resolve the situation.
