The hotel is very well located with easy access to food, MRT, shopping mall and coin laundry sevice (not within hotel). The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and guest service attadance. They even go the extra miles in helping us plan how to manage our 3 big luggages in the room and helping us to find food that is situable for my son. The room is big, comfortable and clean.

2 stars for the good hardware and room. Hotel service is stuck in the past, this Okura Prestige has the earliest check out time of all Okura Prestige hotels, and will give you a hard time to even grant you a 12 o’clock check out as a massive favour. Yes it’s clearly stated on their website and they even make you sign on it upon checking in (it’s because of Covid based on their feedback, we’re in 2...

There are several restaurants and a big mall within walking distance . I can’t fault any of the service from reception to concierge to housekeeping . If I paid full price for the room, I would have expected a better v...
