Unlike what other older reviews may say, there is NO self service laundry. The nearby laundromat is good but don't expect any laundry machines in the hotel. Rooms were spacious. Did not mind the dark decor but the window faced south so the daytime light was plentiful. Bathrooms spacious with a nice shower, separate tub, and real door. Clean rooms and sheets. Breakfast was pretty good for a buffet ...

This hotel has the best pillow I've ever slept on, somehow even better than the one I have at home. Clean, large room and bathroom. Cleaning service so kind not just clean but tidy up too. Front staff have Taiwan friendly service ☺️ Rooftop breakfast restaurant has a lovely view.

Hotel Dua is clearly one of the best hotel near the Kaohsiung metro station and I have no complaint about the location. The rooms are very large. However, for me the room was too dim. There was no central overhead lighting and the room felt eerie, almost like a haunted house. Another significant problem is the gym. The gym is extremely barebone and has nothing inside except for a row of treadmills...

An inappropriate behaved staff will kill the hotel. I just had the worst ever breakfast experience with my other 4 family members at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is liked by all of my family members but the experience just now is also unforgettable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Providing a luxurious stay for us. Checking in was seamless. Location was pretty good too, within minutes’ walk to Formosa boulevard MRT interchange. Worth a stay when you are visiting Kaohsiung!
