This is such a beautiful hotel. The food is beyond amazing! They give you a credit for meals and drinks, the staff are really nice as well. If you like the Cherry creek mall.. it's walking distance. The pool/ hot tub on the room is gorgeous I'm with an amazing city view. Our room unfortunately faced a few peoples apartments but overall .. one the best places I have stayed at!

Pros - everyone super nice and friendly, pretty hotel overall. Narrative is solid. Cons - lipstick on a pig. Everything is broken down. Luggage stand missing a bolt so couldn't hold anything. No power to coffee machine. TV when you change a channel just says "please wait" indefinitely. Curtains were missing. $68 valet seemed excessive.

Our #1 choice in Cherry Creek. The premier boutique hotel among the collection of several comparable boutique hotels in Cherry Creek. Staffing and the restaurant are far and above what the other hotels have to offer. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We have returned to Jacquard many times and will continue in the future.

Truly just an average hotel and stay experience. While the location here was wonderful there weren’t any features or experiences that made this place great. For the cost I’d explore other options that might give a better than average experience. The hotel restaurant Narrative is an area that gives the hotel an edge. It has good food that satisfies with a fun ambiance.

Really poor experience as a Bonvoy Ambassador (or anyone, for that matter). I had a confirmed early check-in (confirmed in writing in advance). Room wasn't ready 2 hours after the confirmed check-in time. Waited in the lobby a while. Front desk got ahold of housekeeping who went and checked and said it is ready. Finally got up the room - it was NOT ready. Overturned trash can on the bathroom...
