Spent a very pleasant three night stay at The Jay. They have a water fountain on every floor, and they provide a carafe in the room to refill water, which was very much appreciated. They have a fellow teapot in the room so you can set the water to be consistently hot. The bags of Steeped Coffee that comes complimentary was not bad. The best part is they offer complimentary laundry service for thre...

I had a great stay at The Jay Hotel—wonderful location, stylish décor, and a room that was more spacious than I expected. The experience became even better at the end thanks to their concierge Marques. After checking out and arriving at SFO, I realized I had left a valuable item in my in-room safe. Marques responded immediately, coordinated seamlessly with housekeeping, and arranged for the item ...

Really enjoyed our stay at the Jay. I've stayed at a few Autograph Collection hotels over the years, and I've really enjoyed all of them, and the Jay was no different! The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were able to find an amazing restaurant in short walking distance and then enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar after. I loved how full the bar was. I personally love a hotel tha...

At first, everything was good with the hotel. It was clean and a nice place to stay. However, after checking out, they sent me an additional charge for items from the minibar in the room. I spoke with the manager and explained that no one had informed me that using anything from the minibar would result in extra charges. Unfortunately, they still insisted on charging me regardless. It was truly di...

My favorite hotel in SF. I’ve done a few long stays here while visiting family and always have a great experience. The rooms are extremely well designed, clean, and comfortable. Springing for a bay view room is worth it, especially on the higher floors. My room had a fun side view of the Trans America pyramid. All of the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The location is easy to get to an...
