What a Hotel, what a nice atmosphere, how nice is the result when luxury meets the old traditional woods, the mountain ambiance, the stunning view and mostly the high quality service from the staff. We loved the Alpina and we are looking forward to visit once we have the opportunity. Thank you!

Visited the hotel during Christmas, the busiest time of the year. I’m extremely happy with the place, atmosphere, food and specially the staff. They are genuinely friendly, and kind specially Ricardo the bar manager, Pauline and Mia from the reception, and all other staff. They will do anything in their power to satisfy the customer. I definitely be happy to come back.

Stunning hotel with magical views. The staff are very helpful and enjoy their work. They can't do enough for you. The location is amazing, and there is a shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up in town. That can easily fit a buggy in without taking it down. The kids club is wonderful well equipped but opens late 11 and closes late 9pm 9.30- 7pm would be better hours for the children...

We went to the day spa there, for 140 CHF. The service is one of the best I encountered so far, it’s definitely more than 5 stars. The changing rooms were very luxurious and there was everything you might need there. The pools are nice especially the outside one. It was calm and relaxing. We also took a drink at the lobby, people were playing live music and that really enhanced the experience. I w...
