Incredible. Dang! I travel weekly for work. Quite literally weekly. I’m “home” roughly 4 days out of the month. This hotel was nearby where I was working, so I just booked it based on location and the pictures looked decent. What an experience. The guy that checked me in was EFFICIENT. So nice, so fast, gave me other recommendations, and even when I came back from my excursion when I walked in he ...

The hotel is fantastic and in a great location. The onsite restaurant has delicious breakfast food and the service was top notch. In fact, all of the staff were incredible. They were kind, responsive, and seemed to be very on top of it. Big shoutout to Noble at the front desk. He was so fun and generous, and he went out of his way to make sure my teammates and I were taken care of. It was a 10 out...

Great room and staff hasn't been anything but helpful! Room was comfortable, clean with good amount of power sources. I paid extra for us to have early access to our room but it was not ready that much earlier than 4pm. They removed charge and stored our luggage in safe room. It really did not end up being a big deal.

This was my first time staying in downtown Seattle, I was very excited and had some high expectations for the Alexis based on reviews… First and foremost the parking is ridiculous and valet costs $67 a night absolutely not! The hotel stinks like some dogs pissed all over the carpet but they tried to cover the smell up with some weird perfume. It appears to be a nice hotel based on the lobby and t...

I really enjoyed staying here. Everyone who worked here was incredibly kind and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness and kindness of the front desk, particularly a young man called Noble. He was always there ready and willing to help with a smile on his face. When I lost my wallet he was great trying to make my day better. Great place to stay.
