Stayed for 2 nights. Customer service was good and the room was spacious and clean. However, at check-in the carpet was wet in a few spots. Despite being on the top (4th) floor, we could hear loud music bass the first night until around 2 AM, and the walls are thin as you can hear toilets flushing from neighboring rooms. Overall decent stay, but not ideal for noise-sensitive sleepers.

I had an overall disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to issues with honesty and customer service. Great location, rooms are very nice, hotel clean unfortunately the biggest issue with this location is sleep. The walls are so thin and it is located on a very busy street with several nightclubs. The nightclubs play extremely loud music and you can even feel the vibration thru the walls. It is very unfortunate for this nice hotel.
