This was our first trip to Lisbon as a family with two young children. We were greeted by Pamela at the front desk who couldn’t have done enough for us. The room was ready a couple of hours earlier than expected due to our early flight. She even wrote down restaurants that we should visit and also gave us ideas to take the children to along with discount vouchers. This hotel is definitely not a 3 ...

Good ventilation due to windows opening up more than others and being near the water. Unfortunately, my room was about 10 meters from the busy street and there is a nightclub nearby that is open until 4am. This means, even with the window closed, you can hear a deep bass playing until close to sunrise. Not good for light sleepers. No TV, refrigerator or coffee maker in your room. Beds are too firm...

What a great hotel! Really enjoyed the different style of hotel. The reception staff were super helpful! The rooms were quirky, but functional and the bed was very comfy. No TV, but that didn’t bother me, and the lighting wasn’t all that bright in the evening. Roof top terrace was a nice place to sit in the evening. It’s just on the edge of the city centre so it’s like 2 min walk before you st...

Love the design and the carbon-free concept. Everything was spotless and well-organized. From the lobby to the room, it smelled fresh and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly. The common area was serene and clean, plus there was even a printer available. Infused water was provided daily, and the room was tidied perfectly every day. Overall, ...

Quite an interesting hotel. Looks like a construction site but in the best way imaginable. Room was nice, clean, industrial & cozy. Staff are so nice, always a smile and wanting to help. Only ‘complaint’, the stools are the bar a bit uncomfortable for a big boy. 😊 Too cold to enjoy the pool in November though, I’d come back in summer some time.
