Checked in 2/9 for a 2 night stay in a room on the 3rd floor. Going up to the room, I was stuck in the elevator for over 10 minutes until I was able to get myself out on the 2nd floor. I had to take the stairs up with my luggage to the room which was clean, spacious but dated. I walked down the 3 flights to inform the manager of the elevator failure which she confirmed. Because the elevator was do...

The staff members are super friendly and welcoming and the check in process was really smooth. There is a bar and a restaurant at the hotel too, together with a reception room available for all guests - everything in a pub-l...

If It was mentioned on the website, I'd have gone somewhere else. Also, the front desk personel did not give me the key to my room and I had to ask for it the next day. I was staying in Room 208 (Monroe) and there was a loud mechanical noise coming f...

We had the most spectacular experience here at the Inn! Incredibly friendly team who shine at what they do! The Inn and restaurant are fantastic. We truly enjoyed every moment. The food is fantastic and such a relaxing vibe. We spent the weekend here while hiking in the White Mountains and couldn’t have asked for more!
