The award-winning Wild Sage restaurant, complimentary bicycles, a courtyard, Perch Deck, a "Den & Bar," and valet parking further enhance the guest experience. Thoughtful touches like 24/7 fresh coffee, evening cookies, and chocolates with a poem are also highly appreciated.
3. Room Quality
The 40 air-conditioned rooms and suites are celebrated for their comfort and sophisticated design. Each room is individually furnished and decorated, blending handcrafted elegance with mountain-inspired coziness. Guests can expect plush king or two queen beds, adorned with European down comforters, premium mattresses, and high-thread-count Italian linens. It serves as an ideal base for exploring the region, being approximately 5 miles from Grand Teton National Park and 12 miles from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Yellowstone National Park is also within comfortable reach at about 65 miles away. Complimentary bicycles are available for guests to explore Jackson. Room rates can range from approximately $417 to $1762, depending on the season and room type. Given the high level of service, luxurious amenities, and prime location, many guests find the experience well worth the cost. Some have also noted good value when redeeming points for stays.
8. Common Complaints
Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, a few minor criticisms have been noted:
- One guest found the dinner at Wild Sage "good but nothing special and certainly not for the price point" compared to other local restaurants.
- During a stay shortly after reopening, some breakfast items were reported as unavailable, such as Eggs Benedict and French press coffee.
- A few guests observed that some staff members seemed to be "still training / learning the ropes" shortly after the hotel's reopening.
- Valet parking incurs a $25 fee, and on-street parking, while sometimes available, can be difficult in high season or restricted in winter.
- Rooms typically do not include in-room coffee/tea makers, though a complimentary station is available on the second floor.
- The lodge maintains a strict no-pet policy.
- Cancellation policies are firm, and the lodge advises guests to consider supplemental trip insurance for unforeseen circumstances like weather or flight impacts.

First, you enter the serene lobby, then the locker room after check in. Citrus water is offered while in the waiting area, where the practitioner meets you. Garen came promptly, and guided me downstairs to the massage areas. Soft music and low lights ...

Overall great option to stay in Jackson. We had a very clean and comfortable room. The whole hotel is was well decorated including a tree in the lobby. Front desk crew was attentive and caring. They offered to help each interaction. Breakfast in the restaurant just off the lobby was delicious. Additionally the outdoor hot tub in the courtyard is large enough for multiple guests.
