Hotel Zelos was a really pleasant surprise. The lobby is pretty unassuming and, to be honest, the front desk experience didn’t exactly wow me, but the actual stay completely made up for it. The room was beautiful, super clean, and felt thoughtfully designed, and the whole hotel was impressively quiet, which is honestly half the battle in San Francisco. The highlight was the 5th floor bar. Great d...

Front desk check in was easy and the nice man offered us a bottle of wine! Room was a bit small, executive king spa- no water in the room, ice/water machine not working on my floor or others - called staff to get some ice and water, crickets! Bathrobes were brought up to me and no hairdryer- Great location with a Trader Joe’s below the hotel!!

Easy to access location, clean and spacious room and the service was great. Really friendly and helpful front of desk staff, easy basic gym access. Only issue was the bathroom - we always had hot water but the max never reached true hot and also the sliding door was a bit heavy to maneuver.

The location is super convenient right in the heart of downtown, easy to get to Moscone Center, and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee spots. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and crisp linens (which I reall...

Did not receive any prior notice or warning regarding this. Night staff was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic in navigating street closures and traffic control. Hotel was difficult to locate at night as there was no obvious hot...

Nice hotel. Our room was spacious and well furnished. We had a nice view on Stockton Street. The staff was very friendly. Easy access to BART and right next to a bus stop. Easy walk to Union Square and the Macone Center.
