This hotel has SUCH mixed reviews and I did not realize that until after I booked a non-refundable reservation. To say I was apprehensive is an understatement, but I was pleasantly surprised with how lovely this hotel turned out to be! I will warn that you can hear street noise from the rooms, so I recommend using white noise on your phone to block that out. I had no issues. Otherwise, the room wa...

The location was amazing. The room was spacious (apartment in queen's quarters) and incredibly quiet but for the price, it definitely could have been better. There was no thermostat in our room. The towels were very thin. The curtains were somewhat torn, cheap, and poorly installed. The shower had dirt/mold in all the grout lines...clearly hadn't been cleaned well in quite a while. The locat...

located right in the heart of Brussels we had booked a three bedroom room and ended up with a huge apartment in the middle of the famous Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (hence the name I guess). Beds were comfortable, bathroom we free standing tube and large shower and we even got a small kitchen for the first coffee of the day.

Great location and a very warm reception. It was really nice of them to let us check in early when we arrived. The room itself was quite good; the only downsides were that the shower water tended to flow across the bathroom floor, and the bedsheets had a few small black stains that looked like bedbug marks—but we brought spray, so it was manageable. Other than that, highly recommended!

We stayed here for five nights and it was a very disappointing hotel. The Good: This is located in a very convenient area and in the nice building of the Galeries, so the location is great. The size of the hotel room was very large. The Bad: There is no air conditioning, so the room can get very hot. Unfortunately, opening the windows at night is not a viable option. The noise echoes inside the G...
