This hotel was absolutely stunning. Every single second of our stay was perfect, with the staff being super accomodating and friendly, the rooms gorgeous and superbly clean, and food was delicious. It is also located very close to everywhere you would want to go in Krakow, but also far enough away where you aren't bothered by any party goers. 100% would recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Copernicus and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Old Town. Great location and quiet at night. My favorite part of this hotel was the beautiful underground pool. It had an eerie, serene atmosphere that made swimming in it relaxing. The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to so much. My only complaint was breakfast was way overpriced for what one got. The bar area was great, and service in there was perfect, and the bartender made a great Negroni!

Loved the location of the hotel as well as the history of the building. Room was very large, beautiful old frescos. Bed was large but not very comfortable, although we did appreciate the upgrade. Lighting in the room too dark. One light was out of order which should illuminate the ceiling, close to the bathroom. Food at the restaurant at night was outstanding and better than expected. Compliments ...

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building in Krakow's old town. While generally it is lovely, it does feel dated in terms of furnishings, as well as a bit thrown together. For example, the bar area on the lobby floor is dingy and filled with a mix of chairs that do not work well together. In addition, on the main sets of chairs is extremely low to the ground and worn looking. These same chairs...
