The most beautiful thing about the hotel is the location and view from it. Everything else, it’s standard (more like a 4 stars than 5 stars hotel). What a beautiful and magical hotel! We have stayed for 4 nights in this 5-star hotel and celebrated new years eve there. With a nice gala, a beautiful view over Krakau and perfect service. The rooms are great, the beds are good and the food (dinner+breakfast) is really tasteful. We have had a wonderful time.

Weronika was a lovely waitress and hostess. She throguhly knew the menu and what to recommend to each one of us. She was patient and made us feel at home. The food did not disappoint, well worth the price. If we ever go back to Kraków we would love to come back here.

Everything about this property has the word class written all over it. We had a busy 10 days on business and to finish it off here was spectacular. I can honestly say and I write a lot of reviews, probably the best food I have ever eaten and the views over Krakow. Stunning. I will be back.
