Best location and beautiful rooms, but very disappointing breakfast. The hotel’s location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the food service is far below expectations for a hotel of this category. Besides the great location “new furnishings” do not expect much. House keeping are not doing much, lots of things are kept as is when they shouldn’t ( tissues left at vanity and empty water bottles), breakfast is just meh, only thing to notice and appreciate how fast requests are fulfilled by reception.

I can’t believe this place. I paid a 400CHF deposit when checking in, and now they’re just refusing to give it back. The staff are rude, slow, and completely uninterested in helping. Breakfast was a joke — soggy bread, watery eggs, and barely any variety. To make things worse, the hotel is in a sketchy area with beggars constantly asking for money outside. Never again. Unbelievable experience. I paid 100 KD as a prepayment for extra services, and now it’s just gone. No explanation, no apology. Staff were lazy and completely unhelpful — one of them even rolled their eyes at me. Breakfast was pathetic, and the location is surrounded by begging people and chaos. This hotel ruined what should have been a relaxing stay.

Situated conveniently between the old city and the lake. The room was clean and all amenities were in good order. Special thanks to the wonderful helper at the desk when we arrived, Ismail. He was friendly, helped us begin getting situated, made us feel comfortable, and gave us all of the information we needed to get around the city. Would highly recommend.
