- Breakfast Quality Fluctuation: One review mentioned a disappointment with the breakfast, specifically requesting the return of "super scrumptious croissants" implying a potential change or inconsistency in breakfast offerings.
- Pet Fees: While the hotel is pet-friendly, a flat fee of $100 applies for bringing a dog.
- Parking Costs: Valet parking comes with a significant daily fee.

I travel twice a year to visit family in the Valley and love staying at this wonderful hotel. I’ve stayed twice, once in the Cottage Room and once in a Cozy Room. Loved them both. It’s a bit of a drive to the Valley but I love this hotel so much I don’t mind the trip! The rooms are beautiful—Rita Konig is a favorite designer—and staff is very attentive. It’s a real gem. Close to the airport, too!

From pre-arrival communication to thoughtful touches like accepting a delivery and placing it in my room before check-in, every detail was seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was the staff’s willingness to help without he...
