This villa was incredible—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed for a refreshing week. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were genuinely accommodating, and I felt welcomed and at home from day one. The location is perfect, just ~10min ride to Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine (where the Chureito Pagoda for the best Mt Fuji view is located), also really close to Kawaguchi Lake! The wines are chef...

NOT RECOMMEND. The place looks very modern and designed with good taste. We took the biggest villa which was more than 100,000 yen per night. However that is all good I can say about the place. We felt no effort from the staff to try and make up for the disappointment we felt during our stay. We ordered in advance the beef stew thinking we can order from the menu as well, which mind you was sittin...

Spotless hotel — I wish all hotels were this clean. The hotel is so quiet and relaxing that we didn’t want to leave on our first day. The Koshū Beef Loin Course at dinner was probably the best steak we’ve ever had, so tender and juicy we booked it again. Wine pairs perfectly with the food, breakfast boxes are amazing, and the coffee is just right. Staff are professional, though they lack the extra...

The room was large and nicely designed, and we received a welcome drink and snack on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The service was pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor hot bath in the garden. That said, there were some disappointments. The location isn’t great for exploring on foot — there’s very little within walking distance, though it wasn’t a big issue for us since we had a ca...

Great room in a nice area. This villa is located on the other side of the lake just off to the side. Inside was a nice expansive room with a soothing view of the garden area. the area was quiet adding to the relaxing atmosphere. My booking was a bit rushed which made dinner not possible at c7, but to they made sure I was well fed with a snack platter and some nice wines during my stay.
