Stopped by the bar at 25hours Hotel München fun and funky décor clearly aimed at a younger crowd, but I was there for it. Even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel, the reception was exceptionally welcoming. One staff member proactively offered to store my luggage so I could enjoy the bar comfortably, a small gesture that made a big difference. Drinks were good, reasonably priced, and the servic...

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Anastasia on reception was particularly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly for us throughout our trip. Room was lovely, warm and large. Hotel bar was great, good cocktails and open late. Location of the hotel is brilliant and it's nice that it has some character rather than being another beige box. Would definitely come back!

This hotel was in a great location in Munich. It was central to everything and right across the street from the main train station which made it easy to travel. The hotel itself is very quirky and eclectic. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bar that is part of the hotel was so good and very popular. The rooms were small with little space for any luggage or things. The bed and pillows...

I thoroughly enjoyed my last couple days stay here during my visit on a 10 day Germany trip. This hotel is in a central location and comes with a mix of comfort, art, culture and proximity to local stuff. Their sauna room is a nice perk end of the day to unwind and relax.

Location good, rooms quite small and very dark. The staff/service is a joke. I have experienced nothing quite like this. Zero customer care. When you ask 2 different staff members the same thing you get 3 different infos...every single time. Some staff members were nice but 95% were arrogant and acting a bit too big for their boots (especially the BF team) when the customer should be the focus an...
