We had a great stay at 25hours The Circle, a hotel that blends style, comfort, and personality — occasionally with a little more personality than strictly necessary. Service & Atmosphere The staff were warm, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The relaxed, friendly attitude made the stay easy from start to finish. Breakfast The breakfast was excellent — generous, fresh, and above the usual hotel s...

We absolutely loved this hotel! Located a short walk from the centre of town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, the rooms are basic, but comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was great too, with an excellent selection to cater for most tastes, but the best bit was the retro decor, cool music and the shop/games in the foyer. For those so-minded, there's also a running club and sauna. I've st...

At checkout, an extremely incompetent staff member charged my card 337 £, claiming she “thought the room wasn’t paid for.” She later refunded the amount and gave a receipt. But today, the hotel charged 402 £. Their explanation: “maybe a bank error because of the weekend,” even though the refund was already on my card and the new amount is completely different. I am still waiting for a response and...

Stayed for 4 nights with my son, booking via eurostar. What a wonderful hotel with excellent service, spacious rooms, and close to most everything. An easy 15 minute walk from the train station, and many cafes, restaurants etc nearby. The hotel restaurant is lovely with beautiful views from the 8th floor. Breakfast is outstanding. Koln so much fun. Highly recommended!

A pretty weird hotel. Have stayed before but today upon check in it smelled like poop in the lobby. Which was weird. A little while after check I went to the gym. Well it’s not really a gym. There’s a sauna with an actual naked guy. I didn’t really need to see a hairy arse bit too late. Also weird to see. I then found the gym room but it’s just a rower and a bike with not much room for anything el...

Perfect hotel for me and the other half to use as a base to explore Kolne. It's located a few minutes walk south of the Belgian Quarter which has plenty of cafes and bars. 5 minutes to the west there is a decent shopping district with plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. If you like Asian food you're well catered for. The hotel itself is modern welcoming and well set out with a quirk...
