This is a beautifully well kept hotel in a fabulous location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and transportation. The concierge, Mark, was most helpful and provided us with plenty of direction and suggestions and was so delightful to work with. Breakfast is not included but is available for an additional fee. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A comfortable hotel with heat and aircon, I found it quiet and comfortable with a great staff. It's right downtown near 24-7 stores. It's an elegant locale attached to Glasgow Central Station, so you can leap on trains to Edinburgh, London or Ayr. The beds are soft. The showers are warm or hot depending on what you prefer. The thermostat actually works well. The room service is quick. The only kno...

Afternoon tea in the hotel. Table service excellent. The food was so so. Over baked scones, chewy dough. Plain white bread with no texture with a fish paste was one of the offerings. Some of the cakes were delicious though. A bit hit and miss tbh. Just a visit, no overnight. Staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient.
