Fantastic hotel. Great room. Very good food in the restaurant. Getting a place in the restaurant took too long though. My daughter and I felt ignored by the older waiter, but the younger one corrected this with polite and joyful behaviour.

Perfect location right next to Guggenheim, close to the river and not far to walk into the citycore. Friendly staff and its always a great to be welcomed with a cute glass of cava when checking in. Rooms are good, and generally the hotel is new and nice (not worn down etc). The only remark is that the suites are om the basement floor, below the reception etc. Usually they are at the higher floors....

Excellent experience and service of a 5-star hotel⭐ We were travelling with our 4 months old baby and the hotel took care to provide bed and even baby bathtub for our little one. The location is just great, by the river and a 2 min walk from Guggenhaim museum. Rooms are very comfortable and silent - perfect for longer or short stay.
