  • Extra Service Costs: Some found additional services like parking (€29 per day) and laundry (charged per item) to be expensive.
  • Breakfast Not Always Included: Breakfast is not always included with all room rates.
  • Room Discrepancies: One guest reported receiving a room different from what they booked, although the issue was resolved by staff.
  • Gym Size: The fitness center is noted as being tiny, accommodating only 1-2 people.

If you’re visiting Florence (and you should), please run, don’t walk to this hotel. It is a bit outside of the city center, but this is preferable because if you haven’t heard, Florence is full. In the high season, it’s shoulder to shoulder in the streets. It’s much better to stay a 25 minute walk away or take advantage of this hotel’s very convenient shuttle service to the center of you don’t fee...

Great 5 star hotel within walking distance of Florence. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from central Florence. They also have a shuttle that runs about every 30 minutes between 9 to 5 as well. The in house amenities are fantastic. The bar and restaurant are incredible and worthy of a visit if you aren’t staying at the hotel. It’s also very reasonably priced. The cooking class is incredible. T...

Things turned out quite beautiful. Overall I found the service quite exceptional. The room was nice, just a bit small and I wish there was more room for clothes and luggage. The shuttle will take you to center city but reserve...

The place is really nice and clean, staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are small, shower is big. The location is 25 min walk from city center, shuttles are nice but there are only 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. If you want to drive back later than 18:00 you need to take public transportation or taxi. Note the city tax (8€ per night per person) atr note included. Other extra services a...

Service staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quant and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, although an up charge . If you prefer to head out a bit later in the day - highly recommend staying in for the breakfast. The pool was nice and I appreciated the bar for a quiet hour inside or outside. It’s a quick taxi ride to all we did. The only downside at this hotel was our dinner dining exp...
