I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit and enjoy the bar and lounge! It's very large and stylish, just on the floor above Turbo Coffee. It's a nice, much needed place to hang out and socialize in the Florence area! Drinks are a little expensive and despite the bar being open, they wouldn't heat the outside area so we could sit on the balcony. I think keeping that space open would really impro...

It’s worth a trip to Florence/Muscle Shoals just to stay here. I can’t gush enough about the incredible design, history, style, comfort, and hospitality we experienced. We loved it and are so grateful to the folks who welcomed us (during an ice storm!) and made our stay totally memorable. We will be back!

Visited the upstairs bar for the first time last night, but it will be the last. The service was awful. Paid $50 cash for 2 cocktails - no change available. Bartender said bring to table. So far, so good. Change did not appear - annoying. On way out, asked for change. Kept waiting 5 minutes - extremely annoying. On prompting again, change appeared and slapped aggressively on table. Happy to speak/...

beautiful boutique hotel with large artist / musician themed rooms. great lobby bar and a nice cafe downstairs. the staff is friendly but they’re only there limited hours so it can be a diy experience. personally i didn’t mind but i can see how it could have become an issue. bottom line it’s rare find and they deserve the recognition they’ve been getting.

WORST bar service I have EVER EVER HAD. will NEVER GO BACK. 1/1/26 was there for new years 2025, waited for THREE HOURS FOR A DRINK. ignorant and idiotic bartenders.
