Loved our stay at Village by BOA! The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. Our 2 bedroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The market is stocked with all the essentials and Simpli coffee next door had a great breakfast. Everyone was so nice and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Highly recommend this adorable apartment! Location is convenient and close to metro station (though we only took metro once and mainly walked). Service is super good and accommodating. We arrived early and got checked in right away with no extra charge, after checking out we stored our luggages here in their secured room and went back at 9pm to pick them up with no problem. They have umbrellas in ...

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. We stayed 5 nights at the premium one bedroom and it felt better than home. My husband and I agree that this is the best hotel we’ve stayed on our 17 day trip in Spain and Portugal from all aspects. The room: This is one of the few hotels that the rooms actually look better than the pictures. As an ex-inte...

Beautiful hotel with many nice elements. The service was incredible. Really felt like a little oasis in the center of Porto. However, for the price you pay and also what you sort of expect when seeing the rest of the hotel, the bed was a massive letdown. Very hard and basic mattress, probably one of the least comfortable we've ever slept in. Also, the pillows were some of the worst, and unfortunat...

The hotel itself was clean, beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly. However, when issues arose, they completely lacked problem-solving skills. They tried to arrange a rental car for me but failed, resulting in my rental car cost being three times higher than expected, which seriously disrupted my schedule. They showed no responsibility for this at all, leaving me with a very negative ex...
