A notable feature is that all rooms come with a balcony, offering garden, mountain, or landmark views, which guests appreciate for the peaceful outlook. Some rooms also include safes, and some residences offer kitchenettes. While generally well-received, some guests have noted that the main bedroom lighting could be brighter, and the smoked glass between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom might not offer desired privacy.

- Breakfast: A complimentary buffet breakfast is offered daily and receives high praise for its quality, variety, and plentiful options.

8. Common Complaints
While the reviews are largely positive, some recurring issues or criticisms have been noted by guests:
- Spa Access: Some guests found the spa area (sauna and whirlpool) required signing up for a time slot, which was an unexpected inconvenience, and there were age restrictions for children that were not always clearly communicated. One guest also reported an issue with a product used in the jacuzzi, making it difficult to use without coughing.
- Pool Heating: The outdoor pool is generally not heated.
- Bathroom Lighting & Privacy: A few guests found the bathrooms to be a bit dark. The smoked glass used between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom area was sometimes perceived as not providing enough privacy.
- Minor Room Amenities: Some guests would have appreciated brighter lighting in the main bedroom area and the provision of a collapsible stand for suitcases to avoid clutter.
- Dining Nuances: While the restaurant is generally praised, one guest felt the decor could be more "cozy" and less "business hotel like." Another mentioned that the coffee at breakfast was not the best. Occasionally, bar staff were reported to be rarely around.

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was really relaxing. The room are very big and comfortable (maybe I will add the conditioner). We had the dinner at the restaurant and it very good. Overall we had a very great stay even though we haven’t tried the swimming pool and the spa.

The location of the Hotel is good, near to Alcobaca, Obidos and Nazaré. The rooms are good, the beds are perfect but there is no shower in the room. We had a room with bathtub. The service is really bad. During our Dinner, they didn't asked for a second drink and if you will order something in the bar, then you need a LOT of time.

This is a very lovely hotel with cabins a pool, great breakfast and many other amenities in the foothills of the mountains in Portugal. It’s a very peaceful setting; a good place to stop if you want to relax a couple of days. Close to both the ocean and the mountains.

Overall a good hotel, with good amenities and spacious rooms. The staff were also helpful and nice. All was very clean, from room to sheets and towels. The location is very quiet but still quite close to Nazare/Alcobaca (by car). There are some points that still need improvements: no proper ventilation system, hence a lot of humidity from the bathroom use / rooms are a bit gloomy, even with all li...

Friendly staff, nice hotel. The gym could use some more / better equipment (I am 196cm tall and therefore some machines weren’t usable). The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff there is superb. If you want a remote, calm stay, this may be it!
